The marriage of actor Sugiura Taiyou(26) and ex-Morning Musume Tsuji Nozomi (19) was announced by both of their agencies on the 8th. They got to know each other in April of last year through a common friend. Since then, they've been dating each other as a prerequisite for their marriage.
